Activities

1. Accounting of italian and foreign vendor invoices
2. Custom bills registration
3. Check of compliance to italian accounting principles on both Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
4. Reconciliation of company GL accounts between italian and US GAAP
5. Supporting the preparation of company Balance Sheet and P&L for the mother company
6. Reconciliation of intercompany balances

Requirements

1. 2/3 years of experience in the role
2. Proficient knowledge of excel
3. Knowledge (mainly writing) of English (mandatory)
4. Knowledge of SAP (preferable)

TREASURY

Activities

1. Accounting of payments and cash collection
2. Reconciliation of intercompany balances
3. Reconciliation of GL accounts related to collection, payments, credit cards and prepaid cards

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience in the role
2. Proficient knowledge of excel
3. Knowledge (mainly writing) of English (mandatory)
4. Knowledge of SAP (preferable)
